Chairman's Statement
| Dear Shareholders, Firstly, I am very pleased and deeply honored to be appointed as the Chairman of InfoConnect Holdings Berhad (IFCH), a reputable organization which has achieved so much during the first 18 years after its establishment. I am hoping that I can contribute to the continuing success of IFCH and bring IFCH to the next level of height. The information and content management industry have evolved so much these years, with the few features most highly sought: digitization, automated processes and security. IFCH has been providing answers to the industry needs through its provision of cutting edge technologies driven by our locally developed subsidiary, Docuflo (MSC) Sdn. Bhd. Together with other complimentary technologies; it is our intention to continue developing and growing our organization to be a world-class leader in our industry. Our clients responded favorably and we have now strong presence in the Asia Pacific Region, with an array of prestigious partners and customers. With our status as a public listed company, we will maintain our high standard of corporate governance and transparency to our shareholders. I will strive to leverage my expertise in legal and corporate governance to improve the standards and achieve best practice approaches. I am excited about the potential development of IFCH and looking forward to a long and healthy relationship with my fellow board members and shareholders. I also wish to express my gratitude to shareholders, customers, business partners and employees for their continuous support to IFCH. |
