Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers at client organizations.
2. Identify, recruit, and manage channel partners to expand market reach and drive sales growth.
3. Present and demonstrate InfoConnect’s solutions to prospective clients and partners,
   effectively showcasing their value and impact.
4. Actively manage the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, with a hunter mindset to seek and seize new opportunities.
5. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue targets.
6. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to leadership.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and threats.
8. Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product improvements.
9. Represent InfoConnect at conferences, meetings, and other industry events to build relationships and strengthen our market presence.
10. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management

Qualification / Experience / Skill Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software or information management solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong network of industry decision-makers.
• Adept at solution sales, with the ability to understand client needs, tailor solutions, and effectively communicate value propositions.
• Deep understanding of channel-centric go-to-market strategies and experience working with channel partners.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Consultation:
   ✓ Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and objectives.
   ✓ Provide expert advice on technical solutions that align with customer needs.
   ✓ Identify and communicate the technical features and benefits of the product or solution to customers
2.  Business Consultation
   ✓ To explore new business areas.
   ✓ To be involved in business planning & reporting to achieve group performance and target.
   ✓ To work together with our Solution team to formulate winning strategies.
   ✓ To assist in pre-sales activities, solution presentation, proposals, quotations etc.
   ✓ To possess prospecting and networking skills.
   ✓ Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.
   ✓ To follow up on sales & business development activities (quotation, invoice, purchase order).
   ✓ To gather initial requirements from prospect for solution presentation and demo.
   ✓ To prepare the presentation slides on InfoConnect product and solution offering based on customer requirements
   ✓ To prepare proposal in writing that address the challenges and values that InfoConnect solutions offer to the prospect
   ✓ To respond to Request For Information/Proposal (RFI/P), Request For Quotation (RFQ) and tender.
3.  Solution Design:
   ✓ Develop and propose tailored solutions based on customer requirements.
   ✓ Ensure that proposed solutions are technically viable and align with the company’s product offerings.
   ✓ Assist in the design and architecture of complex solutions, including hardware, software, and network components.
4.  Product Demonstrations:
   ✓ Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the solution’s capabilities.
   ✓ Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential customers.
5.  Proposal Development:
   ✓ Assist in creating detailed technical proposals and documentation to support the sales process.
   ✓ Work with internal teams to ensure that all customer requirements are addressed in the proposals.
6.  Customer Support:
   ✓ Provide pre-sales technical support and guidance to customers.
   ✓ Address technical queries from customers and offer solutions to overcome challenges.
7.  Market and Product Knowledge:
   ✓ Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and product offerings.
   ✓ Continuously learn about new products and services offered by the company to effectively communicate their value to customers.
8.  Collaboration:
   ✓ Work closely with product management, engineering, and sales teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and the company’s product roadmap

Qualification / Experience / Skill Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology,
  Records Management/Information System.
• Required presentation skill (Ms Power Point and additional graphic tools) and professional writing skills (MS Word and Ms Excel).
• Fluent in communication, presentation and writing in Malay and English Language.
• Good self-discipline, independent, pleasant appearance and communication skill.
• Require travelling around Klang Valley with own transport.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in managing partner/reseller/principal.
• Experience in managing corporate and government clients.
• Additional Technical skill(s): Windows Servers, SQL Servers, Enterprise Content Management, Document Management System, Record Management System, Portal Solution, Design simple mockup UI.

Job Description:

As a Data Solutions Consultant, you will be a vital member of the client outreach team, providing data consulting and advisory and supporting sales and pre-sales activities. You will work closely with potential clients to analyze their business challenges, architect innovative data solutions, and support the implementation of our offerings. You will also collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling demonstrations, proofs of concept, and solutions tailored to client needs

Responsibilities:

1. Understand Company Offerings: Learn, understand, and effectively present our data engineering and analytics solutions to potential and existing clients.
2. Sales Involvement: Perform sales activities and contribute to company sales targets.
3. Tailor Solutions: Analyze customer requirements, design customized data solutions and scope comprehensive services that address their specific business needs.
4. Use Case Discovery: Lead business use case discovery by working closely with business users at all levels.
5. Solution Development: Collaborate with the internal delivery team to create and demonstrate compelling proof of concepts (POCs) and solution designs in response to RFPs or client requests.
6. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to delivery.
7. Consulting & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate digital transformations and data-driven decision-making processes to solve complex business problems.

Qualifications / Experiences / Skill Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in IT or a data-related field. Certification in DAMA (Data Management) or Data Science is a big advantage.
• Experience: 4-7 years of experience in consulting or a customer-facing data solutions role, preferably with enterprise clients in the financial services or insurance industry.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of data analytics, cloud data platforms, data architecture, data governance and integration. Experience with data lakes, data warehouses, and BI tools is essential.
• Client-Facing Experience: Proven ability to deliver persuasive and articulate product demonstrations, POCs, and solutions to executive stakeholders.
• Collaboration Skills: Team player with strong networking attributes, proactive, results focused, and a self-starter with the ability to execute.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver convincing presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
