Event Recap – Maximizing Business Benefits Through Document Workflow in Indonesia

On 25 June 2024, industry leaders and professionals from the retails manufacturing sectors had gathered at Paloma Bistro in Jakarta for an insightful workshop titled “Maximizing Business Benefits Through Document Workflow.” This event was a collaborative effort between Nintex, Soltius, and InfoConnect.

His expertise and experience with over 22 years in IT solutions as an SAP Consultant, SAP Integrator, and Project Manager, previously led the Enterprise Content Management project involving Soltius x Docuflo and Nintex in Eigerindo

Mr. Faber shared compelling real case studies of ECM (Enterprise Content Management) at Eiger. In 2023, in just over a year, Eiger successfully implemented an end-to-end solution integrating Docuflo with Nintex. In the next phase, Docuflo will be integrated with their core system, SAP, and surrounding systems at Eiger.

By digitizing document management, e-forms, workflows, and their product catalogue, Eiger transformed their business operations into Seamless Automation Business Process. Their research and ROI calculations reveal impressive savings of 4 billion Indonesian Rupiah per year by using this ecosystem. These examples highlight the tangible benefits of automating document processes, including enhanced compliance, faster turnaround times, and improved team collaboration.
